Terms and conditions for visit or entry restrictions

A Visit Restriction sets a maximum number of visits to an establishment per month. You can agree a Visit Restriction for a period of 6 months or 12 months.

You can take an Entry Ban if you want to be excluded from all Holland Casino establishments and Holland Casino Online during the agreed period. You can apply for an Entry Ban for 6 months, 12 months or 5 years.

We advise you to voluntarily register in the Cruks Register (Central Register of Exclusion from Gaming). You can then exclude yourself from gambling at all legal gambling providers in the Netherlands. | Centraal Register Uitsluiting Kansspelen (Cruks)

1. A Visit Restriction or Entry Ban:

   • is valid for the entire agreed term and is not terminable in the interim.

   • can only be changed mid-term in case you wish to reduce the number of visits (example: a change from 4 visits per month to e.g. 2 visits per month).

   • is valid in all establishments of Holland Casino. An Entry Restriction also applies to Holland Casino Online.

   • may be imposed by Holland Casino.
     
     

2. For an Entry Restriction, visiting one establishment more than once on the same playing day counts as one visit. Visiting two or more establishments on the same gaming day counts as two visits or more.
    

3. You can request a Visit Restriction using this form on the website or at one of our establishments from the Security staff member. When requesting your Restricted Visits via the website, you should allow for a processing time of several days.
   
   

4. An Entry Ban can only be requested in one of our venues. It is not possible to do this in writing or through the website. Don't want to go to a venue? If so, register with Centraal Register Uitsluiting Kansspelen (Cruks).
    

5. During the term of a Visit Restriction or Entry Ban, the measure No-promo applies also.
   

6. The No-promo means that you will not receive any advertising, mail or e-mail from Holland Casino. You will not receive bonuses and you cannot participate in the Favorites programme. | Our measures
    

7. At the end of the term of a Visit Restriction or Entry Ban, at your next visit you will be invited for a follow-up meeting to discuss whether the Visit Restriction or Entry Ban can be lifted, extended or modified. During this interview we will discuss with you whether the circumstances that previously led to the restriction have now been resolved or whether they still prevent you from visiting Holland Casino. Without this interview Holland Casino will not grant you access. The No-promo will continue for 6 months.
   
   

8. This follow-up interview can, can, subject to conditions, also be done by phone. We will then contact you.
    

9. Information about the expiration date of your restrictive measure will only be provided after ID verification and/or otherwise establishing your identity.
    

10. Special conditions for an Entry Ban for the duration of 5 years: after a follow-up interview, you will not be granted immediate entry. Your situation will first be assessed internally. You will then receive written notification of the decision.
    
    

11. Special Conditions for Young Adults (18 to 23 years old): Holland Casino offers young adults the option of arranging an Entry Ban until the day you turn 24.
    
    

12. Holland Casino is not liable for any damages, including financial loss, should you exceed the Visit Restriction and/or manage to gain entry to any of Holland Casino's establishments by any means despite an Entry Ban.
