General terms and conditions applicable to purchase and use of Holland Casino Try Out Experience.
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
Visitor: the person who owns or uses the Holland Casino Try Out Experience by visiting Holland Casino (whether or not he has purchased the Holland Casino Try Out Experience himself);
Holland Casino: the limited liability company Holland Casino N.V., Neptunusstraat 71 at 2132 JP Hoofddorp, Chamber of Commerce number 68662289, VAT identification number: NL 857540415B01.
Holland Casino Try Out Experience: a total product to get to know Holland Casino containing vouchers for admission to Holland Casino, play money, a drink, a snack or a credit voucher for the restaurant or bar. There are three different packages:
Package €25 consists of access to Holland Casino, two drinks, 3 bitterballen, €15 play money for table games, €5 play money for the slot machines and a game explanation booklet.
Package €50 consists of entry to Holland Casino, a €25 voucher for bar or restaurant, €25 play money for table games, €10 play money for the slot machines and a game instruction booklet.
Package €75 consists of access to Holland Casino , a €45 voucher for bar or restaurant, €30 play money for table games, €10 play money for the slot machines and a game instruction booklet.
Buyer: the person who enters into a Sales Agreement with Holland Casino;
Purchase Agreement: a Purchase Agreement between Holland Casino and the Buyer;
Online Purchase Agreement: a Purchase Agreement entered into electronically via the Holland Casino website;
Terms and Conditions: these general terms and conditions apply to the Purchase Agreement relating to the Holland Casino Try Out Experience and to the use of the Holland Casino Try Out Experience.
Website means Holland Casino's website https://hc.nl or the website of any third party contracted by Holland Casino.
These Terms apply to any use of the Holland Casino Try Out Experience by a Visitor.
The Holland Casino Try Out Experience is valid for a certain period of time. The expiry date can be checked via the Gift Card balance checker at https://hc.nl/saldochecker. After this expiry date, the Holland Casino Try Out Experience can no longer be used.
The Holland Casino Try Out Experience contains vouchers. These vouchers can only be redeemed physically at Holland Casino within the validity period stated on the vouchers. The vouchers can only be redeemed if the Visitor complies with Holland Casino's admission requirements, including (but not limited to) the minimum age requirement of 18 years, withholding of admission in the event of an entry ban or in the event of a visit restriction being exceeded, and entry on presentation of a valid identity document.
Vouchers must not be damaged. Holland Casino is entitled to refuse damaged vouchers without any claim for compensation by the Buyer and/or Visitor.
Each voucher has a unique code and can only be used once. Copying of vouchers is not permitted. Copies of vouchers can be recognised partly because of the unique code. Misuse of vouchers may lead to reporting and withdrawal of entry at Holland Casino.
Holland Casino Try Out Experience vouchers are not directly redeemable for cash, with the exception of the voucher for the Slot Machines.
The Holland Casino Try Out Experience may not be used for commercial purposes without the written consent of Holland Casino.
A maximum of one Holland Casino Try Out Experience per person per visit may be redeemed (with the exception of the €50 package). For the € 50 Try Out Experience, a maximum of one package per two people per visit may be redeemed. Group participation in the Holland Casino Try Out Experience is only possible up to a group of a maximum of 12 people.
The Holland Casino Try Out Experience can be purchased at any Holland Casino establishment, online through the Website or through external sales channels. The Purchase Agreement is concluded upon acceptance by the Buyer of the offer. The Online Purchase Agreement is concluded upon Buyer's acceptance of the offer displayed on the Website, including the applicable Holland Casino Terms and Conditions, and the confirmation of receipt of Holland Casino's acceptance of the offer to Buyer electronically.
An online order for the Holland Casino Try Out Experience is made in the manner specified on the Website. Following a successful transaction, the Buyer will receive an electronic confirmation (e-ticket in PDF) of the order from Holland Casino.
If the Purchase Agreement is concluded electronically, Holland Casino or the contracted third party shall take appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data and shall provide a secure web environment.

When entering into a Sales Agreement online, Holland Casino may - within legal parameters - ascertain the Buyer's ability to fulfil its payment obligations, as well as all those facts and factors that are important for a responsible conclusion of the Sales Agreement online. If Holland Casino has good grounds on the basis of this investigation not to enter into the Purchase Agreement (online), it shall be entitled to refuse an order or application or to attach special conditions to its execution.
Holland Casino may ask the Buyer to identify itself due to legal obligations. If the Buyer refuses to cooperate, Holland Casino may suspend the execution of the Purchase Agreement or dissolve the Purchase Agreement.
The prices and any additional costs for the Holland Casino Try Out Experience are stated on the website and at the establishments of Holland Casino and, if applicable, third parties (The prices are free of VAT).
If the Holland Casino Try Out Experience is purchased via the Website, the Buyer has a 14-day withdrawal period, provided that the provisions of this article have been complied with. This means that the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the Holland Casino Try Out Experience by notifying Holland Casino within 14 days of receipt of the Holland Casino Try Out Experience.
During the withdrawal period, the Buyer will treat the Holland Casino Try Out Experience and its packaging with care. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must return the Holland Casino Try Out Experience to Holland Casino in its original condition and packaging, in which the seal may not be broken, in accordance with the instructions provided by Holland Casino.
If the Buyer exercises its right of withdrawal, the costs of returning the Holland Casino Try Out Experience will be borne by the Buyer. The Buyer will return the Holland Casino Try Out Experience to Holland Casino within 14 days from the date the Buyer has notified Holland Casino of its withdrawal.
The payment of the purchase price for the Holland Casino Try Out Experience already received from the Buyer will be refunded by Holland Casino to the Buyer within 30 days of receipt of the returned Holland Casino Try Out Experience, provided that the Holland Casino Try Out Experience is returned in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs will not be refunded by Holland Casino.
The Website indicates the maximum number of Holland Casino Try Out Experience packages that can be purchased per person. Should the Buyer wish to purchase more Holland Casino Try Out Experience packages, he/she can contact Holland Casino's Customer Services department at service@hc.nl. After payment, the Buyer will receive a PDF containing an e-ticket giving access to one of the establishments.
When ordering via the website, the Buyer leaves behind the personal data necessary for the execution of the Purchase Agreement online.
The personal data supplied by Buyer will be used by Holland Casino for the execution of the Purchase Agreement, its services and, if expressly authorised, to inform Buyer of further promotions and offers.
Buyer's personal data will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and Holland Casino's Privacy Statement (see https://hc.nl/privacy).
In order to gain entry to Holland Casino, a Visitor must comply with the entry requirements (see article 3). Upon entering the Casino, Visitors must identify themselves with a valid identity document, such as a valid passport, a valid Dutch driving licence, a valid European identity card, or a valid Dutch alien's document.
In addition, Visitors must wear neat clothing appropriate to the atmosphere of the casino.
Subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, a Visitor taking part in the Holland Casino Try Out Experience is entitled to free admission to the casino upon presentation of the entry voucher from the Holland Casino Try Out Experience.
Visitors must comply with the provisions of the House Rules, the Games Rules, as well as the other house rules of Holland Casino, available at https://hc.nl.
Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions, Holland Casino may - without being liable to pay any damages - deny a Visitor admission to the casino if:
(a) Holland Casino can reasonably suspect that the Visitor is in breach of the provisions of the House Rules, the Games Regulations, the Casino Games Order and the Holland Casino Try Out Experience Terms and Conditions.
b) Holland Casino believes that it may suffer damage as a result of providing services to the Participant. Damage also includes image and reputation damage and political and publicity damage.
(c) The Visitor has provided Holland Casino with incorrect or incomplete information.
Holland Casino shall not be liable for any loss resulting from the provision and submission of incorrect (personal) data by the principal.
Holland Casino shall not be liable for late delivery or receipt of the Holland Casino Try Out Experience ordered online by the Buyer.
Holland Casino shall not be liable for any loss resulting from the fact that the Buyer or Visitors are unable to use the Holland Casino Try Out Experience for any reason whatsoever, including failure to satisfy the conditions for admission as referred to in article 9.
Holland Casino shall not invoke the limitations of liability set out in these Terms and Conditions in the event of intent or gross negligence on the part of Holland Casino in relation to the damaging event.
Holland Casino shall never be liable for consequential loss and loss of profit.
If a Buyer and/or a Visitor has any complaints and/or is of the opinion that Holland Casino has failed to comply with its obligations, he/she must submit this complaint in writing upon request to Holland Casino: Holland Casino, Neptunusstraat 71, P.O. Box 355, 2130 AJ, Hoofddorp or e-mail: service@hc.nl.
Holland Casino shall be entitled to amend or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without being liable to compensate any damage whatsoever to Visitors, including the Buyer. Any change or amendment to these Terms and Conditions and any cessation, change or amendment to the sale of the Holland Casino Try Out Experience, will be announced by Holland Casino on the Website.
Dutch law shall apply to the Agreement and/or the use of an Holland Casino Try Out Experience.
Any disputes arising from the Agreement and/or the use of the Holland Casino Try Out Experience shall be submitted to the competent court in Haarlem, the Netherlands.
