How a visit limit or entry ban works

Do you feel like you are losing control over your gambling behavior? Or that you are crossing your limits? We help you to come to the casino less often.

You agree with us how often you want to come to the casino per month. If you come more often, you will not be allowed in. This agreement is valid for 6 months or 1 year.

You agree with us that we will no longer allow you into our casinos. You also cannot play on Holland Casino Online. This agreement is valid for 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years. 1. A visit limit or entry ban applies to all Holland Casino locations. An entry ban also applies to Holland Casino Online. You can arrange a visit limit or entry ban yourself, bu we can also do this for you if we are concerned about your gambling behavior.

2. You can arrange a visit limit on our website. It then takes a few days before your visit limit is valid. You can also arrange a visit limit through our staff in the casino. Then it is valid immediately.

3. You can only request an entry ban through one of our staff members in the casino. Do you not want to go to the casino for this? Then take a gambling stop via Cruks.

4. Are you between 18 and 24 years old? Then you can agree with us on an entry ban until the day you turn 24.

5. You cannot end a visit limit or entry ban earlier than agreed. You can only change a visit limit if you want to lower the maximum number of visits per month (for example, from 4 times a month to 2 times a month).

6. Do you have a visit limit? And do you enter the same casino several times on one day? Then that counts as 1 visit. Do you go to 2 (or more) different casinos on the same day? Then that counts as 2 (or more) visits.

7. With a visit limit or entry ban, you will not receive advertisements, offers, or bonuses from us. Your Favorites card is also not valid. This is called a No-promo. After your visit limit or entry ban ends, the No-promo continues for another 6 months.

8. Do you want to know until when your visit limit or entry ban lasts? Then you must first show your passport, driver's license, or ID card. This way we know for sure that it is you who is asking.

9. Is your visit limit or entry ban over? And are you visiting the casino for the first time again? Then we will have a conversation with you. We will discuss how you are doing and whether our agreements are still necessary. Without this conversation, you are not allowed into the casino.

10. Is your entry ban over? Then you are not immediately allowed into the casino after a conversation with us. We will first discuss your situation with our own experts. Then you will receive a letter from us stating whether you are allowed back into our casinos.

11. Do you have a visit limit or entry ban, but still come to one of our (online) casinos? Then we are not responsible for your (financial) damage.
