A No-promo lasts as long as you want.
Do you have a visiting restriction or entry ban? Then a No-promo also applies. That lasts at least six months longer than your visiting restriction or entry ban.
You can set up a No-promo with one of our staff in the casino.
Visit restriction
Not more casino visits than agreed upon
You agree on a maximum number of visits with us. Do you come more often? Then we won’t let you in.
6 months or 1 year
A No-promo also applies: you won’t get any advertising, offers, or bonuses from us. This will last at least six months longer than your visiting restriction.
If your visiting restriction has ended and you come back to the casino, then we will have a meeting with you. We will discuss what you need to play in a safe and healthy way again.
